testRunner.setDeviceBackingScaleFactor() does not seem to have any effect, as our generated images do not have twice the size as expected.

Skipped an additional test and associated the others with this bug in r134431.

We should probably investigate whether this works with Qt (I doubt) it, because this relates to the coordinated graphics system.

Once this works, we might run into an issue with glyph scaling and might need to do something similar to bug 96137.
