Test fast/regions/region-style-inline-background-color.html is failing on MountainLion and Chromium. I suspect it has a repaint issue due to the usage of a font-family in test. Disable it until we figure out the problem.

Removed Mac test expectation in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/138734 since the test has been passing.
