This shown on these tests (at least):
- compositing/text-on-scaled-layer.html
- compositing/text-on-scaled-surface.html
In WebKit1 it is not blurry but pixelated. Both are matching with Mac.
This has been fixed in Chromium, see: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=149943

Btw it is also blurry in QtTestBrowser (with and without -graphicsbased) and it's also matching with Mac.
