Internal tracking No: 225577 The problem is: If an request is authenticated by the HTTP server, and after the successful authentication, the response is a redirect to the same domain. The browser should not challenge the user again. Test case: http://browsertest01.rim.net/authbasic is challenged and the response redirects to : http://browsertest01.rim.net/authbasic/ (an extra trailing '/'). In this case, the challenge should only happen once if the first challenge succeeds.
