Symmetrical work needs to be done when the Document exits the cache, but it cannot be done in the same function because a page exiting the cache will not have access to its RenderView at that time. Instead that work is done in HistoryController::restoreScrollPositionAndViewState(). It would be better to have some symmetry for this work.
