    <thetext>Its obvious that those tests that depend on external resources are flakey, the web archived is created immediately, w/o waiting for the files to be loaded.
for &lt;cursor&gt; and &lt;feImage&gt; we have no precise way to detect that, but moving the &lt;script&gt; after the content fixes it easily. Patch coming.</thetext>
