This page has two iframes with -webkit-scale applied. In each case, the iframe has scale applied and (what appears to be) the clip rect has the scale applied a second time. So, for the 50% case, it results in a half-size iframe, with the subframe contents clipped to a quarter of the iframe size. There is slightly different behavior in Chromium Linux and Safari Mac. In Safari, the bottom left of the subframe is visible and in Chromium the upper left of the subframe is visible (and some elements like the search sandbar and the Google doodle are not clipped).
