I guess you didn't see the comment at the top of the LayoutTests/platform/gtk/Skipped file? I just organized it to have a section for missing results and included a request to just ping a GTK+ guy instead of skipping automatically. It's a new thing we're trying to do, so please let me know what I can do to make it clearer.
