    <thetext>I am not sure I understand how all those bugs are related. Can we give this a more descriptive title? There are lots of efforts to make CSS more awesome (hyatt&apos;s recent pagination work, dan&apos;s recent hyphenation work, hyatt&apos;s current block-flow work), should they all be under this umbrella bug?</thetext>

Yes, they totally should! I thought about using keywords at first, but they are a bit awkward and don&apos;t show a nice hierarchy of depending bugs.

I don&apos;t mind giving this a better title.</thetext>
