The code for "Viewless WebKit" is no longer used by tip of tree Safari and is probably not used by any other client either. The code can at least mostly be found by searching WebKit for "usesDocumentViews". However, removing the code immediately would break nightly builds, since released versions of Safari call some of this code that is exposed as SPI.
