WebKit reads that as an instance of the Immersive Web built-in 3D-model element and always gives it a fixed 300x150 box that can't show anything inside it, so the whole panel disappears. Chrome (and Firefox) do not support this new standard proposal, and treats <model> as an ordinary unknown tag and shows the panel. Best practice for custom elements is to contain a hyphen (e.g., <audi-model> would have been safe).
