Some can be turned off (`-DENABLE_API_TESTS=OFF`, `-DENABLE_LAYOUT_TESTS=OFF`). An additional tool (which is not in the tarball) is also used, but this can be disabled with `-DCLANGD_AUTO_SETUP=OFF`.
