<thetext>Currently the Swift Back Forward List is active only on the most recent internal Apple SDKs. Sufficient fixes have made their way into 26.4 SDKs that we think we can enable it there too. First we need to fix compile options that prevented use of Swift/C++ interop on those older SDKs, and work around a compiler fix that hasn't yet made its way into that SDK.</thetext>
