Before that call, m_coreFrame still points to a RemoteFrame, so WebFrame::url() fails the LocalFrame downcast and returns a null URL. Move commitProvisionalFrame() to the top of dispatchDidCommitLoad so m_coreFrame is updated before any code that depends on it.
