<thetext>We have to be wary about which types of remote layer tree animations will be updated at a high frame rate, such as 120Hz on Pro Motion devices. In 307177@main we added a dedicated setting to control whether high frame rate can be used to update animations at all. But even if this setting is enabled, we need to be smart about what to update at a high frame rate. An obvious first step is not opt `opacity` and `filter` animations into high frame rate such that only transform-related animations qualify.</thetext>
