REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this as a flaky failure on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70 / arm64) at ToT with the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-view-transitions/update-callback-called-once.html --iterations 100

REGRESSION:

This test appears to be failing since it was introduced at 283167@main.</thetext>
