I took the test case from other platform specific bug: Link - https://bug-45084-attachments.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=66314 All other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106) show "title" in the tooltips. So I am going to mark this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Please reopen if you think it is not fixed. Thanks!
