    <thetext>GL requires a glBlitFramebuffer to resolve MSAA render targets into single sample render targets. Metal has the ability to specify the resolve target in MTLRenderPassDescriptor eliminating the need for the explicit blit operation. Internally, ANGLE is supplying an implicit resolve render target when rendering to MSAA render targets in its Metal backend. Add an extension to ANGLE to allow us to explicit set the resolve render target, so we can skip glBlitFramebuffer.</thetext>
