We always want to run the tests with swrast because not all bots have a GPU and to ensure consistent results. I'm going to mark those tests as image only failures for now pointing to this bug and layer we can discuss what to do. Maybe we can find a way to run these tests with skia-cpu, so that at least we test that cpu is giving the same results.
