It appears to have gotten worse after 258085@main to the point where it appears to timeout more frequently than not. I was able to consistently reproduce the timeout on iOS Debug ToT running the test as follows: run-api-tests --ios-simulator TestIPC.StreamConnectionTest.SendAsyncReplyMessage --iterations 10 If it doesn't reproduce from just a single test run, it very easily should reproduce with 10 iterations.
