<thetext>With GTK 4, something weird is going on with pop-up surfaces: they seem to be not drawing correctly in all cases. I'm noticing trouble with:

* Emoji picker on Element
* Label search field on GitHub pull requests
* CC list here on this WebKit Bugzilla

I'm not quite sure how to describe the problem: they just seem "broken," except when they're not. Exalm thinks a queue_draw() may be missing somewhere.</thetext>

> * Label search field on GitHub pull requests

Also broken: the request review pop-up on GitHub pull requests. Typing to filter the list of results does not work. Workaround: switch to a different browser tab and back.</thetext>
