For e.g.: in https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/74/builds/499 Merge Queue failed to communicate with GitHub and failed the build. However, there was absolutely no indication of it on Github or in any email. PR author kept waiting and waiting for their patch to be merged. Ideally, we should fix the root-cause of such issues (which is being looked into).
