They usually work... except when they don't. Test by hovering over a link to a bug in this Bugzilla instance (e.g. the GTK 4 bug in the "Blocks" field up above). When they don't work, they don't work for any link. Let's hope I manage to catch it. I had to give up on this due to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/issues/1055.
