Summary: 
Safari freezes when navigating to Youtube and back on device with iOS 15.0.2/15.0/15.1

Bug is reproducible on:
*iPhone 11 Pro Max | 15.0.2
*iPhone 13 | iOS 15.0
*iPhone 12 Pro Max | iOS 15.1
*iPhone XS | iOS 15.1


Bug is not reproducible on:
*iPhone XS Max | iOS 14.6
*iPhone 13 | iOS 15.2 Beta 3


Scenario:
Precondition:
Active WebRTC call

Steps:
1. Put browser in the background
2. Open Youtube app
3. Play a song
4. Put Youtube app in the background
5. Relaunch Safari

Actual result:
Safari freezes when navigating to Youtube and back to the active WebRTC call. The only way to stop this behaviour is by reloading the page.


Expected result:
Safari is usable

    <thetext>Looking at logs, this is indeed an issue when disposing Audio units, which is supposed to be fixed in iOS 15.2 betas.
