Steps to reproduce 1. Go to https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/peerconnection/negotiate-timing/. 2. Click on start->call->renegotiate with the number of video sections set to 100. 3. Compare the log that prints the time taken for negotiating from 1 to 100 video transceivers.
