I face it mostly on GitHub, consider this page as an example: https://github.com/pytorch/fairseq/tree/master/examples/m2m_100 For example, I navigate through headings to specific section, Then move around using right arrow key, At some point, I find myself at the title of the page, or the main heading, or whatever at the beginning of the page.
