Only tested on macOS. STR: 1. Open the test case. 2. Resize the Safari window as small as possible while still showing the entire blue-bordered element. 3. Scroll the blue-bordered element down. 4. Notice that about half way through the scrollable area, the gradient changes colors slightly.
