is a flakey timeout in macOS Catalina and Big Sur, in wk1 and wk2. Mostly in debug, but has happened occasionally in release.

    <thetext>Test has been flakey timing out for a while. I attempted to reproduce the timeout multiple different ways, but was unsuccessful.
