Not in the sidebar, and not in the titlebar. This is especially problematic if you load a load of dynamic generated files. for instance, i'm now looking at the CSS/JS contents in order to identify those files, because they are all named index.php atm :( Suggestion is: add query part to the filename in the titlebar, and secondly, add a tooltip that shows the entire filename in the sidebar.
