    <thetext>When using nightly build 31823 I have found what appears to be a Java error. AT DSLreports.com there are speed tests available. click Tools/SpeedTests/Sun Java Based/Linkline Los Angeles. When the Start window comes up the Start button does not appear. Reloading the page brings it up.

Safari 3.1 (current build 5525.13) and Firefox 20.0.12 do not exhibit this problem.</thetext>
