However, I was only able to find an Elm implementation (https://trac.webkit.org/browser/webkit/trunk/PerformanceTests/Speedometer/resources/todomvc/functional-prog-examples). Addy Osmani asked me to file a bug here about this, with the intention of it being assigned to them (https://twitter.com/addyosmani/status/955201277436182528).
