(tot) I tried running safari without a nightly, and opening preferences still crashed, however, preferences did work earlier today. I ran "Safari.exe /reinstall", and it still crashed. I uninstalled Safari, Reinstalled Safari, and ran safari without a nightly. Opening preferences worked fine. I ran Safari with the latest nightly, Opening preferences crashed. I think the right answer here is to wait for a new seed. It would cause too much mess in the WebKit interfaces if we couldn't break things between releases like this. Sorry for the trouble!
