So, this bug has been fixed. I wanted to try the malformed-decl-005.htm and malformed-decl-006.htm tests from the MS IE CSS Test Suite, but these have been refiled under other URLs. I am resolving this bug as WORKSFORME since I do not know which patch fixed this bug. Please adjust, correct the RESOLUTION field accordingly if you know which patch fixed this bug.
