Steps to Reproduce: 1 - Open Safari and go to http://output.jsbin.com/peqidufiko/6 2 - Add to that site to homescreen 3 - Open the home link and tap the button Actual Results: The site shows a delay for taps of 300ms Expected Results: The site should show no delay as it has the right metas and a touch-action defined.
