IE is broken. We can't fix that. The only thing to consider here is if WebKit should support this sort of "ignore height:" functionality in a quirks mode. Hyatt? We would break too many Web sites. So yeah, this is a WONTFIX. Firefox has the same issue, and IE does the right thing in strict mode.
