Second level inspector can't be reopened period. Steps: 1. Open Inspector[1] 2. Right click, select "Inspect Element" 3. Close Inspector[2] 4. Right click on Inspector[1] again, select "Inspect Element" Expected: Inspector[2] opens Actual: Nothing happens.
