Totem can handle them fine, so I'm reporting this against WebKit rather than GStreamer. Example stream that works only in Totem: http://m.energy.de/webradio/cha/special (Note, the stream does not play at all for me. The core of the issue is that hlsdemux uses our httpsrc element in WebKit whereas in Totem the usual souphttpsrc element would be used to download fragments.
