Run Safari for iPhone on IOS 9 2.) Open a long page 3.) Scroll down to the end/bottom of the page until you receive a rubberband effect 4.) Do immediately a further swipe so that the toolbar at the bottom appear and the page receives a further rubberband effect. Actual: The toolbar at the buttom appears but the rubberband effect of the page stutters. Expected: The toolbar should appear and the page should have a smooth rubberband effect. This is a regression. It works fine with Safari on IOS 8. If you have any question, please let me know.
