Select any text in the HTML tab of the <iframe> Result: The page scrolls to the top so there is no way for the user to select a range of text from the <iframe>. Notes: 1. The test case is narrowed down from https://css-tricks.com/guide-svg-animations-smil/ 2. https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138089 is similar to this one.
