I poked around the public APIs for Safari's Extensions but could not access the Web Inspector window at all. Is there any way to do this? So the same or similar API would not work for us. I think all of Ember, Angular and in my case ReactTools would be a great addition to the WebInspector! Here at Yahoo React is now largely adopted and we ship so much products targeting iOS Mobile Safari.
