When you say, "When the page loads, it is blank until it is scrolled a bit", you mean that the page redirected to the Google+ app and loaded in the app right? When I load page google+ page in Safari, it stays in Safari. I need to find a site that uses Smart App Banners but doesn't hide them or automatically scroll the page on load.
