This usually happens on a page load, but sometimes at random while a page is open. This site is a good example: http://www.macobserver.com This does not happen on standard Safari for Mac OSX. I am running Mac OSX 10.9.4, and this behavior occurs on at least 2 Macs running this version of OSX.
