Flash is using ~70% CPU, and that's on a fast laptop – so on slower machines this could definitely be a problem. You'll have to either file a bug with Adobe, or with the site – there's nothing we can do about this in WebKit. (But please do reopen this bug if you have specific data showing a problem in WebKit that I'm not seeing).
