I haven't been able to reproduce this. I created account, signed into Online Storage, clicked the upload button in their toolbar. Then I used one of the file upload buttons to select a text file. When I hit "Submit", I get an alert that says "Start to upload" and then I'm taken back to the main page, and it looks like the file has uploaded successfully.
