My suggested approach is to listen to the iteration-added event on the objects contained by buildbot.queues, and do allow users to opt-in to the following alerts: 1. A BuildbotQueue that was green now has test failures 2. A BuildbotQueue that previously had failures is now green 3. Everytime a the iteration-added event is triggered. I think that (3) would be impractical for most use cases, but could be useful for short intervals.
