Moreover, this issue is specific to Android and I don't see similar behavior on either Mac using Safari Version 7.0.5 (9537.77.4, r170827) or iOS 7.1.1 (11D201) using Safari on iOS. Assuming you are using Chrome on Android you should file this bug at <https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list>. Otherwise, you should file a bug against the browser you observed this issue in.
