PFWG-ISSUE-623, currently on ARIA 1.1. https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/Group/track/issues/623 One thing to consider is that the <dialog> behavior in HTML5 allows ancestor elements of the dialog to be inert, which m ay not map directly to @aria-hidden.
