Fails to render the controls (note: this example also makes extensive use of several xml namespaces, so that may also be the problem). Webkit renders it as basically plain text. Even though the xforms controls all map fairly simply to exissting webkit controls. The effort in the history of Web Standards work was converted to HTML5 Forms.
