Remove more legacy code from khtml/kwq As we continue to work on restructuring khtml/kwq, some cleanup of legacy code is needed, particularly of old unused khtml classes and kwq stubs. This bug is for one one of many patches which accomplishes some of this cleanup. This one removes: 1. all empty forwarding headers/moc files 2. KApplication, KHTMLToolTip, QMovie, and various classes from KParts. 3. misc. other cleanup.
