I Steps:
Go to 
http://msn.anxa.com/emploi-carriere/trouver-emploi/questions-patron.asp?v=0
scroll to the end of the page

II Issue:
The orange border of the tables is incorrect at top right corner.

III Conclusion:
The above issue is due to "ColSpan" (colSpan=3) used for one of the row , which doesn't have any multicolumn row in it.

IV Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: partially ok
Opera9.24: partially ok

V Nightly tested: 32871

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 153 using attached "reduction" and it does not pain "yellow/oragnish" color on the heading end to end within constraints of blue border like other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106). Thanks!
